If you have completed the registration process but haven't received a confirmation email, there could be several explanations.

First, please check if the payment has been successfully processed and your account has been debited. If you haven't been charged, try the registration process again. If the payment has been successfully processed and you still haven't received a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form HERE

You have the option to cancel your registration at any time through your runner's account.

If you have taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation (General conditions HERE), you may be eligible for a full refund. To do so, please go to your registration by logging into your MyUTMB account and click on "Request Refund" to cancel your registration and complete the refund request form.

If you have not taken out the registration cancellation insurance, a partial refund may be possible according to the following scale:

Until the end of March: 75% refunded From early April to the end of May: 50% refunded From early June until registration closes: 25% refunded After registration closes: No refund All registration cancellations must be made via email to inscription@restonicatrail.fr, including the participant's full name, surname, registration number, and the email address provided during registration.

Registration is personal. No bib transfer or deferral to the following year will be possible.

Please note that even in case of injury, it will not be possible to transfer or defer your registration.

To validate your registration, we need your PPS code, which you must enter 3 months before the date of the race.

To validate your registration, please follow the steps below:

• Visit the PPS website to start your journey 3 months before the start of the race: PPS
• Complete the suggested modules
• At the end of the journey, you will receive your PPS code
• Log in to your MyUTMB account to access your registration and paste the PPS code into your dashboard (Section: Registration Status).

Since the race passes through private areas, the GPX track will only be available a few days before the event. However, you can find the route on the race's official webpage.

• UTC 100M : 4 Running Stones
• RT 100K : 3 Running Stones
• TT 50K : 2 Running Stones
• GT 20K : 1 Running Stones

You will also have a valid UTMB index in the race category you have completed.
